Albert’s journey began in 1999 as an NBA Player Development Specialist in Los Angeles, focusing on enhancing athletes' skills, both mental and physical. In 2003, he ventured overseas, playing professional basketball in Europe, South America, and Asia for 12 sessions, building real-world experience and a foundation in leadership, resilience, perseverance, teamwork, and high-performance. Albert's transition into the corporate world began with a pivotal role as an Executive Coach at Nestle in Switzerland, where he served from 2015 to 2017.

Exploring the intersection of leadership, organizational performance, and executive wellness, Albert is an Executive Development Expert whose diverse clientele includes Fortune 500 companies, single-family offices, family businesses, more than 10 billionaires, the Swiss elite, some of the wealthiest Angelenos, royalty, and sports team owners. He provides a comprehensive range of solutions to support leaders, executive teams, and private individuals, including executive leadership development programs, integrated executive coaching, executive health programs, executive advisory services, and executive wellness retreats in Switzerland, Spain, Mexico, Miami, and (starting in 2026) the Emirates.

Albert has established collaborations with internationally renowned, award-winning health and longevity centers, Swiss mental health and addiction clinics, medical concierge services, luxury private residences, and luxury 5-star hotels on a global scale. These establishments include the Four Seasons, Beverly Wilshire, Fairmont, Hotel Bel-Air, and other global luxury brands.

Deeply committed to community service and philanthropy, Albert supports organizations including the Jewish National Fund, Jewish Family Service of LA, Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills Police Department. Additionally, Albert has volunteered his time with seniors at JFSLA and coached children at Sinai Akiba Academy and Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy.

With over 16 years of residency in Switzerland, Albert is a global citizen, born and raised in Los Angeles, who has called Europe home since 2004. He is Jewish and is a resident of Switzerland and the US, splitting his time between Geneva, Miami, and Beverly Hills. He is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.
